N.O. Fringe Festival enters fifth year of ‘fringey’ theater

The New Orleans Fringe Festival, which runs Wednesday through Sunday, promises to bring five days of theater that is “wild, weird, fresh and original’’ in keeping with the spirit of fringe festivals.
