NOLA DEFENDER, by Ryan Sparks, November 13, 2012.The New Orleans Fringe Festival has never had a problem attracting variety. For the fifth year in a row the “fringiest of Fringes” is rolling out more venues and acts than the previous year, and from November 14-18, the environs of the Marigny and Bywater will once again resemble an Olympic Village of the Fantastic and Freaky as traveling troupes arrive to perform alongside local representatives.
