  • Description: My Alexandria is a two-man show examining the lives of African American soldiers in WWI. Courage, pride, jazz, and the search for identity are explored in this fast paced piece. They carried a New York National Guard flag, wore U.S. Army uniforms, fought as part of the French Brigade. The enemy called them ‘Hellfighters’.
